  • Full name, email address, phone number
  • Professional experience, qualifications, and certifications
  • CV documents (PDF format)
  • Desired roles, countries, and salary expectations
  • Languages spoken and right to work information

We do not collect: passport numbers, national ID numbers, driving licence images, background check results, police records, or medical records.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

  • Match your profile with suitable employment opportunities
  • Present your profile to relevant employers (with your consent)
  • Communicate with you about opportunities and your application
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, provided when you register with the Talent Network. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the Delete My Data page.

5. Data Retention

We retain your profile data for a maximum of 24 months from your last active engagement. You may request deletion at any time. See our Data Retention Policy for full details.
